Monday: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Tuesday: Greek style cheeseburgers
Wednesday: Creamy Orzo Risotto with Butternut Squash
Thursday: Chicken Quesadillas
Friday: Chicken Paella
Saturday: Fusilli with Sausage, Spinach & Peppers

Cassie, I'll let you know about Fridays meal. The Risotto is good, I just need to cut the squash even smaller then I did!
ReplyDeleteChristie, I never got to try the balsamic chicken. Sunday got crazy and we ended up eating leftovers. I'm planning on making it Sunday.
We tried the balsamic chicken & it was pretty good. I would have like a little thicker sauce and maybe next time I'll marinate the chicken longer or add some different herbs.
