I haven't fallen off the menu planning wagon. I have still faithfully been planning our meals however I just got too busy to actually post them!

Sunday: BBQ! The weather is finally nice enough

Monday: No Frying Chicken Parmesan (We were out and about last Saturday so it never got made)

Wednesday: Italian Chicken Skillet

Thursday: Turkey Lasagna

Friday: Angel hair pasta with egg plant & tomato sauce
